A good day on the water today covering about 50 nm. There is a shrimp festival on the island tomorrow and hopefully we have the ability to work it into the tide and travel. We need a rising tide to make the next leg of the trip. Not only that we cannot get out of the marina without at least mid tide.
So perhaps we'll take the trolley to Fernandina Beach and eat some shrimp early in the day tomorrow and then take off for Jekyl Island.

Viewing the GPS tracks
The link under the heading "Ship's Log Data" will take you to an unreadable file unless you happen to understand GPS data.
If you have Google Earth installed and are browsing with Internet Explorer merely left click on one of the "Ships log GPS data" links and it will present a zip file to open in a dialog box. So click open on the file and it will then present another dialog box with a KML file. Double click on the file to open the tracks in Google Earth.
